The secret to the success of Networking For Life has been to simply "support the dreams of students".
For the 2007 - 2008 school year, the pro-active student achievement awareness concept and family oriented activities resulted in 100% of our students graduating and being promoted to their next grade level. Of those enrolled in our program, 66% were selected to attend summer programs for high achieving students. Students are also monitored to ensure they are not tricked into getting involved with illegal drugs while at school.
Networking For Life has just recently completed it?s first summer program with 100% completion at Inwood Day School Child Care. The students' ages ranged from 6 to 14. The students were exposed to technology concepts. Students learned how to use millimeters. Students learned the values of following instructions, planning for their futures, and most importantly, to be part of a student achievement awareness program like Networking For Life to ensure that someone is always pro-actively looking out for their best educational interest while they focus on doing their best in school.
In the Networking For Life student achievement awareness program, students are exposed to the following:
  • TEEDS (Texas Early Employee Development Services) program -students learn why it's best to plan to get to school early, to understand their responsibilities and to participate in small group classroom activities.
  • Student Essay of Hope - students learn the value of writing down important information.
  • The Science of Student Achievement - students learn for themselves why some students try to do their best and some students do not think it is important to do their best while going to school or when working on their first few jobs.
  • The High Achieving Student Program - students learn how to turn their homework in early, ways to avoid becoming a bully, and how not to start using illegal drugs in school.
  • "Networking For Life - The Educational Process" - students learn various ways to easier transition from school life to after high school life. Students will always have support when they need it the most.
The mission of Networking For Life is to use technology and resources to change the way students think about going to school and their lives after high school. This is where Networking For Life can use help with raising funds to help more students.
