1. Print out this page and bring it with you when you enroll your child for a 12 month period for only $95.00 per week plus an annual registration fee of $100.00. This promotion is for all students from 6 weeks to 5 years old and students must enroll by August 15, 2008.
2. To receive this on-line promotion rate, parents must agree to volunteer for 16 hours by participating in the 4 scheduled fundraising events for the school.
3. The annual events are scheduled as follows:
March Walk for Youth Education (4 hours)
May SKIP-LUNCH-FEED-EDUCATION Campaign (4 hours)
July Book Sales Fundraiser (4 hours)
November 3 Day Tele-thon (4 hours)
